Thank you for shopping with Hunt&Seek! We’re dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and international orders.

📦 Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer set shipping rates at checkout. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

🎁 Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Orders below $50 will be charged our standard flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. All international customers are responsible for providing any required documentation or information necessary to complete the purchase or to receive delivery in their country. You can provide this information by sending an email to huntndseek@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number.

For example, some countries (such as Mexico) require citizens to provide a tax ID or other import-related information.

Orders with missing or incomplete information may be subject to cancellation.

If an order is returned by customs or border control due to missing information or customer inaction, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

International customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes required by their local authorities.

Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

🚫 Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.

If you need to update your address, contact us at huntndseek@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or reroute packages.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at huntndseek@gmail.com. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
